1. Where is The Grand Lodge located?
The Grand Lodge is located in the Empire Pass area of Deer Valley, also known as Flagstaff Mountain, at the base of the Northside Express chairlift.

Empire Pass is part of Deer Valley, but has separate access, and will have an identity all its own. High architectural standards and low density will create a residential enclave of the highest order.
2. How many residences will be available in The Grand Lodge?
There are a total of 27 residences available, offering a combination of two to six bedrooms. Each wonderful floor plan will incorporate dramatic elements, such as archways, beamed ceilings, crown moldings and stone fireplaces. Penthouses will add vaulted ceilings and hand-hewn trusses.
3. Is The Grand Lodge a ski-in, ski-out property?
Yes, it is at the base of the most popular ski runs and chairlift in all of Deer Valley. It will also have first access to the new Z chair and ski runs, anticipated to be installed by the time of the completion of The Grand Lodge.
4. How far is The Grand Lodge from the Salt Lake International Airport?
The Grand Lodge is 45 minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport, most of it an easy drive on Interstate 80.
5. Is there a closer airport than the Salt Lake International Airport to The Grand Lodge?
Yes, the Heber Airport is located 18 miles from The Grand Lodge and will accommodate large private aircraft.
6. How far is The Grand Lodge from Park City?
The Grand Lodge falls within the Park City limits, and is approximately five minutes from the dining and shops of downtown Park City.
7. Will there be a public transportation system servicing The Grand Lodge?
Yes, "Dial-A-Ride" limo service will be complimentary to residents of Empire Pass, including The Grand Lodge. It will take homeowners to their destinations in Deer Valley and the downtown Park City area.
8. What is the Empire Club?
The Empire Club is an exclusive, members-only club open only to homeowners in Empire Pass. It will have a clubhouse, spa facilities, and host members' events throughout the year. One of the most anticipated amenities will be the private dining in the clubs' charming on-mountain, ski-in, ski-out chalet restaurant. The initiation fee to the Empire Club will be compliments of The Grand Lodge Partners for all homeowners in The Grand Lodge.
9. What kind of amenities are available for owners at The Grand Lodge?
The Grand Lodge will be part of the private Empire Pass area of Deer Valley. As such, owners of The Grand Lodge will enjoy complimentary membership to the Empire Club located in Empire Pass.

In addition to this, The Grand Lodge will have its own fitness facility, a ski-side owners' lounge, grotto-style hot tubs, and a ski locker room. Owners will also have access to two guest suites.
10. How many phases will there be?
The Grand Lodge will be built in one phase, with owners being able to move in starting in the fall of 2006.
11. Who are the Developers?
Jack Koson and Matt Mullin, principals of Ironwood Resort Development LLC, are the developers of The Grand Lodge. Jack and Matt have developed extensive high-end projects in the Rocky Mountain West, including projects in Vail, Steamboat Springs, Beaver Creek, Arrowhead and Deer Valley.
12. How will services be provided?
A full-time Concierge and Lodge Manager will ensure on-site attention to homeowners' needs.
13. When will construction of The Grand Lodge begin?
Construction of The Grand Lodge will begin in the spring of 2005. It is anticipated that The Grand Lodge will be ready for occupancy by the end of 2006.
14. Who is the architect for The Grand Lodge?
The well-known Salt Lake City firm, John Shirley & Associates.
15. Will there be private lockers at The Grand Lodge?
Yes, the private sport lockers will provide ample storage for mountain bikes and other items needed for an active mountain lifestyle.
16. Will there be a lobby at The Grand Lodge?
Yes, from the dramatic porte-cochere, one enters a two-story lobby overlooked by a second-story balcony. A massive fireplace with hearthstone seating soars to the ceiling.
17. What type of Purchase Contract will be used when purchasing a Grand Lodge residence?
The purchase agreement is an Option contract that will transition into a Real Estate Purchase Contract once the property is platted as condominiums. A 10% deposit will be required at the time of the signing of the Option Agreement, with an additional 10% deposit required for a total of 20% upon completion of due-diligence period.
